I'm from Turkey. I chose energy storage system, especially Goodwe to drop my bills and earn some money by selling the extra kw, to be unaffected from power outages, to support green energy, to use 48V batteries on backup side (most of other brands don't support this) and because of the superior support. This was my dream too like JanKlich so thanks Goodwe for everything.
I am from Australia, and I need to choose a reliable solar inverter without paying a premium price. Out of all the budget end of the inverters I read, Goodwe seems to be the most reliable (minimum or no recalls, repairs and issues), and the general experience/feedback within Australia is positive. Also tried to contacted the support in regards to the firmware upgrade, and I was quite surpirsed that they replay within a day.
Hi I'm from India, Being a consumer of Electric Storage System, I ca say that there is a huge savings in monthly electricity bill (sometimmes i even got refund for the same for surplus production. I started using solar panels three years ago when government was giving subsidy for the same, it requires less maintainence and provides us with alternative source of renewable energy and money. It also gives me backup power in case of power cut.
I am from Belgium, we implemented a GoodWe Retrofit 10 kVa BT inverter.
This is combination with BYD HVM batteries. As the compensation for PV was removed by legal reasons. We reach now a self-consumption from 60% in the summer periods to 94% in the winter periods.We only get 4 to 6 euro cent for injection and have to pay 26 to 30 euro cent for consumption. The GoodWe BT inverter was the inverter that was economically the best solution with 3-phase compensation & built-in backup output. Happy for the 3 months this is now running. Had a minor issue, but is resolved by a firmware upgrade pushed by GoodWe support team.
I am from Switzerland, I picked the ET & BYD HVS 12.8 kWh for the Backup output and to increase self consumption as well as grid independence. In summer we get close to 100% independent and in winter have 100% self consumption.
Feeding to the grid and buying other times does not make sense as the we need to feed more than 3 kWh to pay for 1 kWh drawn from grid.
Overall happy with the system, just some minor issues and measurement offsets, but working on that.
I am from Australia and have 13.3kw on a 10kw Goodwe 3 MPPT MS series inverter, I chose to oversize as we have a lot of sun.
I have not yet made the leap to energy storge but I will upgrade my Goodwe once they release a Hybrid inverter with 3 MPPT, Hopefully will be able to upgrade in the next period.

I installed solar energy system as an investment and also as a good way to contribute to economy and to country by providing/using clean energy.
Living in a tropical country, we are getting sunlight almost every day in the year. So it is very good investment for me since I can cover 100% of my electricity bill and then I can sell excess amount to national grid as well. Government is paying me for the electricity amount that i am providing to national grid.
Currently Sri Lanka is in a process to increase renewable energy to 70% of electricity demand by 2030. So I feel am contributing to achieve that target as well.

We choose GoodWe because they are the best company about energy in the world.
The GoodWe BT inverter was the inverter that was economically the best solution with 3-phase compensation , and it is great to use.
Currently in Vietnam, we are developing the clean energy for people, and GoodWe are the best solutions. Goodwe seems to be the most reliable (minimum or no recalls, repairs and issues), and the general experience/feedback within Vietnam is positive.

I also see some of the values on SEMS portal are not correct on the following photos: House consumption (367,34w) + battery consumption (92,31w) = 459,65w 459,65w - pv power (7w) =452w which correct and it's the import power from the grid. But on the other photo Backup Power (Yedek Çıktı Turkish name) is 563w. How can the backup power higher than total power (import+pv), also house consumption?
