Hi Goole, The ticket number is #130850. I talked yesterday on the phone with one of your customer service collegues and he told me that I need a software and firmware update for my inverter. He asked me to reply again on the ticket and the Dutch aftersales should answer the same day but they didn't and now I have the problem again today and nobody is at home.. so could you ask for priority to solve this because I am losing a lot of earnings due to this problem..
